As you know, most branch managers and sales managers have never been trained in the best practices of their jobs. So, they manage by crises, or mimic the way they were managed – by

In January, we’ll begin
taking a cohort of no more than 15 sales managers/sales leaders though an updated version: Our proprietary, four-month “Sales Leaders Excellence and Influence Course.“
Briefly, the course is designed to help the cohort members:

In less than an hour a week, the course combines personal coaching from me with proven online content, live Zoom small group meetings, and the opportunity to interact with colleagues and my team of experts.
