Welcome to this introductory session of The Sales Master’s Approach to Acquiring New Customers. I’m excited that we will be working together to:
- Continually improve your sales skills.
- Provide insights into effective sales strategy.
- Expose you to the processes and practices of the best B2B salespeople
You’ll become more competent, more confident and more successful as a result. You should see the benefit in increased new customers, sales and gross profits.
Here’s how the program works:
1. You’ll receive an email from us during the first week of every module.
2. The email will contain a link to a handout PDF file and a link to a video or audio lesson.
3. Every week, you’ll receive an additional email or two with a link to a podcast or blog post.
What you need to do:
1. Download the handout PDF file .
2. Watch the video or listen to the audio file.
3. Complete the assignment described in the handout PDF file. You should have this done by the end of the third week of the module.
4. Be prepared to discuss your results with your manager, at a time he/she will indicate, during the fourth week of the module.
5. The first week of the next module, receive another email from us and repeat the cycle.
