- Provide insights into effective sales strategy.
- Expose your team to the processes and practices of the best B2B salespeople.
We expect your entire team will become more competent, more confident and more successful as a
result. You should see the benefit in increased sales and gross profits.
Here’s how the program works:
Each of your team members…
1. Will receive an email from us during the first week of every month.
2. The email will contain a pdf file as an attachment and a link to video or audio lesson.
3. From time to time, they’ll receive an additional email with a link to a podcast.
We expect them to:
1. Download the pdf file.
2. Watch the video or listen to the audio file.
3. Complete the assignment described in the pdf file by the end of the third week of the month.
4. Be prepared to discuss their results with you, at a time you select, during the fourth week of the month.
What you’ll receive from us:
1. The first week of every month, you’ll receive an email from us with that month’s focus and a copy of the email we send to your team.
2. The second week
of every month, you’ll receive an additional email from us, containing the questions we suggest you ask your sales people.
How to gain the most benefit from the program:
1. Open the emails, download the handout files, and watch the video or listen to the audios. This gives you an understanding of what we are teaching your team and allows you to speak with them with confidence.
2. Sometime during the first week, schedule a conference call or sales meeting to occur sometime during the last week of the month. At this conference call, you’ll use the questions we sent you, and discuss the lesson and what people gained from it. Typically, this session will last a maximum of an hour.
3. Work with, and encourage those team members who don’t fully complete every lesson.
That’s it. We do everything else. Couldn’t be simpler or
easier.
One additional thought – Your attitude and commitment to the program will be contagious and set the standard for the team. Establish the expectation that every lesson and every assignment is to be completed on time. If you begin to make
exceptions and allow for sloppy performance, that will continue for the duration of the program.
You’ll receive the first assignment email and a copy of that which we sent to your team in three days.
