Weakest Link in a Wholesale Distributor 29

Published: Sat, 10/28/17

Good morning:

One of the things I’ve learned in over 25 years of working with distributor sales forces is this:  The weakest link in the sales system is occupied by untrained sales managers.

It’s not their fault.  Generally, they are high quality people – often good sales people – who have never been trained in the best practices of their position. So, they default to how they were managed.

            The results are rarely pretty.

But you can change that.  Send them to our 25th  Sales Management System Seminar, on November 30th and December 1st in Dallas.

Join me and a dozen of your colleagues in this eye-opening, career-changing workshop. You will learn how to help your sales people focus, improve their performance, and hold them accountable. The results can be breathtaking.

We have never had such an immediate, positive and measurable result from any training.  This has been the single most significant investment in training we have ever made.  It's changed the nature of communication within our sales team in such a way that we expect better sales representative retention rates, more highly motivated managers and sellers, a greater degree of accountability and, yes, increased profitable sales as a result!
