Discussion Questions Month 1 SM06

Hi ,

By this time, you should have listened to the podcast, watched the video, and looked through the handouts.  You should have scheduled the conference call with your sales team.  If you haven’t done these things, please schedule them by the end of the third week of the month.

Sometime in the last week of the month, you’ll hold a 60- minute conference call with your team to review the content of the lesson, to encourage them, and to hold them accountable for the lesson and the assignment which is attached to it.

Here are the directions for that conference call:

Please review the lesson before you ask these questions.  It describes the fundamental process we’ll use for many of the lessons that follow.  So, it is important that you, and your team, understand it completely.

Ask each question to each sales person.  You may want to ask the question, give everyone a moment or two to consider their answer, and then call on each person to respond.

If a team member gives sloppy or vague answers, you may want to speak to him or her about improving their performance.  Do so after the group session.

1.  Do you agree or disagree with Dave’s premise that the world is changing more rapidly today than at any time in human history?  Give one example how things are changing rapidly in your job, life or career.

2.  What’s one example where you have had to change or grow in response to things changing around you?

3.  What are a couple good ideas you got from the lesson?

4.  When you “Distilled the best,” what did you come up with?

5. Please read your “Precise Prescription” to us.

6.  What is the first step you are going to take to put the Prescription into action?

7.  How do you see yourself using the Menta-Morphosis® process going forward from here?
