I hope this finds you well. Now is the time for you to
officially launch the program.
There are two things for you to do:
1. Set up the conference call to discuss the lesson. Set aside an hour for a conference call, or add it to the end of a sales meeting – it just needs to occur during the fourth week of the month. This gives your team adequate time to complete the lesson and the
assignment.
Then, let the entire team know the date and time and convey the expectations that they will have completed the lesson and the assignment.
2. Download the handout file and watch/listen to this month’s lesson. That will give you some familiarity with the content, and provide you confidence as
you speak with your team. We’ve pasted the email that we sent to your team below. Follow the links in it.
Next week, we’ll send you an email with the discussion questions. You can use those questions to facilitate the follow-up conversation, raise issues for discussion, and hold the sales people accountable for doing the
assignment.

Please download handout file, and look it over.
Following the video, complete the assignment in
the handout file. You should have this done by the end of the third week of this month.
Your manager will be communicating with you regarding a follow-up discussion, sometime during the final week of this month.
